A caramel-infused cream cheese filling Biscoff cookie crust, melted white chocolate chip layer, biscoff cookie butter cheesecake base, topped with white chocolate ganache whipped cream and decorated with biscoff cookies. sits atop a brown butter graham crust, then gets finished with a generous pour of housemade salted caramel sauce and a sprinkle of fleur de sel.
